It's a lovely day in the neighborhood, but it's all made of sand.
More or less a glorified musebox, characters are swept away to a lovely Tokyo knock-off. You can assume they have been here for ages or have only now arrived: Completely up to you. There are many districts with varying cultures, technologies, etc. Feel free to make them up as needed. The only hard rule is that the district does not go on infinitely: There is a train line that surrounds the city's circular perimeter and it cannot be passed.
Purpose of this sandbox is to have easy roleplay opportunities with CR that carries on from thread to thread. Please feel free to use it for whatever the hecks. Just be nice.
